We essentially serve two types of customers:

• Training institutes that need training resources such as trainers, courseware and/or certifying exams: ​

  • We can only deliver courseware and/or certification exams for which we are accredited by the appropiate organization or for which such an accreditation is not needed. 

  • For institutes that are accredited ATO we can supply you with one of our accredited trainers in our network.

• Businesses that need turn-key in-company training. We can deliver training onsite in your offices or we can organize your training off site. We will execute the training for you, under our responsibility and accreditation*, with qualified trainers, accredited materials and certification exams.

We train the participants on internationally recognized standards, frameworks, best practices and methods. Our training offer features (but is not limited to) the following training courses:

 

USM, (OPEN)PM2®, HDI®, Generic Service Management, SIAM

We can deliver trainings in English, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arab.
