Pepper Group provides currently Business to Business (B2B) services only. No open roster training sessions are organized.
Pepper Group's conditions of trade are added as an annex to each business proposal, including our cancellation and refund policies. In case of training missions the content and prerequisites for the training(s)/exam(s) session(s) are stipulated in an annex to the offer. In general these B2B proposals are transformed into a contract, matching and stipulating the terms of both customer and Pepper Group.
Generic refund and cancellation policy
The generic cancellation policy of Pepper Group is: cancellation >15 (calendar) days before start: free, >7 days before start 50% of the contract amount, shorter than 7 days before start 100% of the contract amount.
Pepper Group never refunds, as invoicing is always done after the mission or otherwise as stipulated in the contract.
Personal data
For the ordering of materials or exams, Pepper Group receives data from their customer (in general name, surname and e-mail address) which is transferred to the suppliers of courseware and/or exams as per providers regulations. The customer may require an overview of the results of candidates, which will be transferred to the customer on request. Pepper Group does not keep any record of this data (Name, Surname, E-mail address nor result).
