Complaints and suggestions procedure
Pepper Group and their representatives (mostly trainers) engage themselves to deliver you a flawless and pleasant (training) experience.
Nevertheless it may occur that you are not fully satisfied. Any complaint is for us also an incentive to improve. Please let us know what has happened or what is bothering you.
